Doe-het-zelf Doodskistdoosje / DIY Coffin Box

Ik vond het leuk een doe-het-zelf doodskistdoosje te maken voor Halloween. Nu kan ik een doosje maken in elke gewenste kleur, ik kan het papier bestempelen en ik kan, als ik dat wil, de maten aanpassen.	I wanted to make a DIY Coffin Box for Halloween. Now I can make a box in any colour I desire, I can stamp on my cardstock and I can, should I want to, change the dimensions of the box.

Ik heb een sjabloon ontwikkeld waarbij je de inchmaten ook kunt gebruiken om het doosje verder in centimeters af te maken.

I have made a template in inches, but you can also use it to further finish the box in centimetres.

Doosje voorCadeaulabeltjes / Box for Gift Labels

Van allerlei restjes papier had ik een hele boel cadeaulabeltjes gemaakt, zo veel dat ik besloot ze dan zelf ook maar cadeau te doen. En daarvoor heb ik dit lieve doosje ontworpen.	I had been making a great many gift labels from all my scraps, I had so many that I decided to make gifts of these labels themselves. And I designed this cute box for them to give them away in.

Cadeautasje met lintjeshandvatten / Gift bag with ribbon handles

Mijn roze lint wilde ik opmaken. In de catalogus staat een kaartontwerp dat ik mooi vind en ik versier er een cadeautasje mee.	I wanted to use up this pink ribbon. There is a card design in the catalogue that I love and I am using it to decorate a gift bag.
Ik heb het tasje zo ontworpen dat ik met lint de handvatjes kan maken en het ook nog eens op een mooie manier kan wegwerken.	I have designed the bag so that I can use ribbon for the handles and at the same time hide how I have attached my handles.

Materialen en maten	Materials and measurements
achterkant 1 stuk Blushing Bride cardstock van 14,6 x 25,4 cm. Met de 14,6 kant boven, ril op 1,3 en 13,3 cm. Met de 25,4 kant boven, ril op 4,4 en 20,3 cm. Plaats op rillijn van 20,3 cm een markering op 4,4 en op 10,1 cm. Vouw en knip. Pons met de ½" Circle Punch de openingen voor het lint.	back 1 piece of Blushing Bride cardstock 5¾" x 10". With 5¾" side top, score at ½" and 5¼". With 10" side top, score at 1¾" and 8". Put pencil mark on the 8" score line at 1¾" and at 4". Fold and cut. Use the ½" Circle Punch to punch holes for the ribbon.

Opbergertje voor Baker's Twine / Baker's Twine Tidy

Wat vind je van deze oplossing voor je klosjes Baker's Twine en het Metallic Thread? Op deze manier kun je ze mooi opbergen zonder dat het draad steeds zichzelf afwikkelt.	What do you think of this solution for your spools of Baker's Twine and Metallic Thread? In this way you can tidy them away without the thread unravelling all over the place.

Je kunt elk papier nemen dat je leuk vindt. Ik vond het leuk met Beautiful Friendship mijn papier te bestempelen voor de dezelfde look. Je kunt, net zoals ik, met verschillende kleuren werken of je opbergertje in de kleur van je Twine stempelen. Ik heb op Thick Whisper White gestempeld voor de extra stevigheid.	Of course you can take any paper that you like. I thought it would be fun to stamp my own paper using Beautiful Friendship for the same look. You can, the same as I have, use various colours or stamp your tidy in the colour of your Twine. I have stamped on Thick Whisper White for the extra sturdiness.

Mosaic Mood Geschenkdoosje / Mosaic Mood Gift Box

Zoals je weet, ben ik bezig met opwerken van mijn voorraad Designer Series Paper om plaats te maken voor het nieuwe papier. Ik heb weer een doosje gemaakt waarvoor een vel papier van 30,5 x 30,5 nodig is. Dat helpt.	You know that I'm on a mission to work up my hoard of Designer Series Paper to make room for the new paper. Again I've made a box that uses a 12" x 12" sheet of paper to make sure I do.
Ik kon het natuurlijk niet laten om toch ook nieuw papier te gebruiken - dat moet ook op, toch?	Of course I just had to use some new paper as well - this shouldn't end up in my hoard either, should it?
Het doosje is 13,5 cm hoog en is 7 x 7 cm. Je kunt het plat gevouwen bewaren, je kunt ook de bodemflap vastplakken voor de stevigheid.	The box is 5¼" high and measures 2¾" x 2¾". It folds flat, but of course you can stick down the bottom flap for extra sturdiness.
Je begint met een stuk papier van 29 x 30,5 cm. Als het een patroon heeft dat ertoe doet, d.w.z. herkenbare afbeeldingen, wil je niet dat deze ondersteboven komen te zitten. In dat geval snijd je je papier zoals ik je laat zien in het filmpje.	You start out with an 11½" x 12" sheet. If your paper has a pattern that matters, i.e. when it has recognisable images, you don't want them upside down. In that case you cut the paper the way I'm showing you in the tutorial.
Met de 29,5 kant boven, ril op 1,5 / 8,5 / 15,5 / 22,5 cm. Draai het papier een kwartslag en met de rillijn van 1,5 cm boven, ril op 1,5 / 8,5 / 22 / 29 cm.	With the 11½" side top, score at ½" / 3¼" / 6" / 8¾". Quarter turn the paper and with the ½" score line top, score at ⅝" / 3⅜" / 8⅝" / 11⅜".

Ik heb met de ½" Circle Punch de inkeping gemaakt.  Als je het doosje wilt versieren met matten, heb je er twee nodig van 6,4 x 6,4 cm, voor de boven- en onderkant. Snijd vier matten van 12,4 x 6,4 cm voor de zijkanten. Zie mijn tips in het filmpje hoe je ervoor kunt zorgen dat het patroon mooi doorloopt.	I've used the ½" Circle Punch to make the notch.  If you want to decorate your box with mats, you will need two mats measuring 2½" x 2½",  for the top and bottom. Cut four mats measuring 5" x 2½" for the sides of the box. Please watch the tutorial for tips on how to get a continuous pattern.

Doosje 7,5 cm hoog	Box height 3"
Papier 24,5 x 29,5 cm. De 29,5 zijde is hetzelfde. Met de 24,5 cm zijde boven, ril op 1,5 / 8,5 / 16 / 23 cm.	Paper 9¾" x 11½. The 11½" side is the same. With the 9¾" side top, score at ⅝" / 3⅜" / 6⅜" / 9⅛".
Doosje 5 cm hoog	Box height 2"
Papier 22 x 29,5 cm De 29,5 zijde is hetzelfde. Met de 22 cm  zijde boven, ril op 1,5 / 8,5 / 13,5 / 20,5 cm.	Paper 8¾" x 11½". The 11½" side is the same. With the 8¾" side top, score at ⅝" / 3⅜" / 5⅜" / 8⅛".

Daisy Punch Kaart / Daisy Punch Card

Deze kaart is gemaakt voor een Maak-Het-Met-Papier-Middag. Een hele mond vol, ik weet het.	This card has been made for a Make-It-With-Paper-Afternoon. Quite a mouthful, I know, I know.
Met laagjes, een pons en mooie kleuren heeft zelfs een eenvoudiger ontwerp toch die wowfactor (in goed Nederlands).	With some layers, a punch and beautiful colours even a simple design still has the ability to wow.
De kaart is groter, nl. 14 x 14 cm en daarom heb ik er een zelfgemaakte envelop bij gedaan. Als er tijd over is, kun je je gasten ook zelf de envelop laten maken. Ik gebruik voor deze buitenformaat enveloppen mijn Designer Series Paper dat niet meer in de collectie zit. Het moet eens op, toch?	This card is somewhat bigger, it's 5½" x 5½" and that is why I have included a handmade envelope. If there is time for it, you could also have your guests make an envelope themselves. For these outsize envelopes I use my retired Designer Series Paper. I want to use it after all.
De basiskaart is Granny Apple Green, 28 x 14 cm, gerild op 14 cm. Bestempel de kaart eerste, ril daarna. Whisper White mat van 13,3 x 13,3 cm. De krullen zijn gestempeld in Flirty Flamingo, het takje in Granny Apple Green, ik heb de stempelset Around the Corner gebruikt. Pretty Peacock mat en een Whisper White mat van 9,5 x 9,5 cm. 6 geponste Daisy Punch bloemen van Thick Whisper White, per twee op elkaar geplakt. De hartjes van de bloemen zijn de Perennial Essence Floral Centers.	The base card is Granny Apple Green, 11" x 5½", scored at 5½. Stamp first, score later. Whisper White mat 5¼" x 5¼. The swirls are stamped in Flirty Flamingo, the sprig in Granny Apple Green, I've used the Around the Corner stamp set. A 3¾" x 3¾" Pretty Peacock mat and a 3¾" x 3¾" Whisper White mat. 6 punched Thick Whisper White Daisy Punch flowers, two flowers adhered on top of each other. The flower hearts are the Perennial Essence Floral Centers.
De envelop kun je maken met een envelope punch board of zelf, dat kun je in het filmpje zien. Neem een vel van 23 x 23 cm, aan alle zijden gemarkeerd op 10,1 en 12,6 cm, ril aan alle vier de zijden van de 10,1 markering naar de 12,6 markering van de volgende zijde. Als je de kaart met de post wilt versturen, maak je ook een etiket om het adres op te schrijven.	You can make the envelope with an envelope punch board or you can do it yourself, as you can see in the tutorial. Take a 9" x 9" sheet, which you have marked at 4" and 5" on all four sides and then score it on all four sides from the 4" mark to the 5" mark on the next side. If you want to send your card through the post, you also make a label to write the address on.

Rondom Paardenbloemen / All Around Dandelions

Ik was een ontwerp aan het verzinnen voor een Maak-Het-Met-Papier-Middag en kwam toen uiteindelijk bij deze kaart uit. Ik vind het rondom gestempelde ervan erg mooi. Het idee is heel eenvoudig en de kaart is ook eenvoudig te maken. Een envelop erbij die op dezelfde manier is bestempeld en klaar is kees.	I was cooking up a design for a Make-It-With-Paper-Afternoon and finally came up with this card. I love, love the stamped images all around. The idea is simplicity itself and the card is easy to make as well. Add an envelope that has been stamped in the same way and you're good to go.

Purple Posy cardstock 29,7 x 10,5 cm. Nadat je rondom gestempeld hebt, ril je op 14,85 cm.	Purple Posy cardstock 11-11/16" x 4⅛". After stamping all around, score at 5⅞". If you work with Letter it's 11" x 4¼", later scored at 5½"
Ik heb gestempeld in Gorgeous Grape met Dandelion Wishes. De tekst is uit De Mooiste Momenten.	I've stamped in Gorgeous Grape with Dandelion Wishes. The sentiment is from the Dutch version of Special Celebrations.
Het etiketje is gemaakt met een Stitched Rectangle snijmal.	The label has been made with one of the Stitched Rectangle dies.
