Dit soort kaarten heb ik online gezien bij Jennifer McGuire Ink, ik dacht dat de Santa's Workshop Suite er heel geschikt voor zou zijn. Dus hier is mijn versie van de kaart.	I have seen this type of card at Jennifer McGuire Ink, I thought Santa's Workshop Suite would be good to use for it. So here's my version of it.
Ik was begonnen met de hogere kaart te maken, maar gaandeweg vond ik toch dat een kleinere kaart mooier was. Voor het geval dat je een hogere kaart leuker vindt, heb ik ook daarvoor de maten erbij gezet. Ik had ze toch, nietwaar?	I started out by making the taller version, but along the way I decided a smaller version looked better. Just in case you prefer the taller version, I've included measurements for that as well. Since I had them anyway.

Cards for Men 2 - High Tide

Hey, hey!

This is the second card in my series Cards for Men. I have used the High Tide stamp set and I have given the lighthouse a 3-D effect. You can fold the card flat and post it.

Measurements for International A4 Card Stock

Measurements for American A4 Card Stock

If you work in American A4, your paper will have different measurements and your card would look off-key using the measurements above. I've developed a way around this, it involves a little more cutting and adhering. You can see how it's done in the video too.

score one piece at ⅜ / 2⅛ / 3⅞ and 5⅝"

Kerst staat nog niet voor de deur, maar op tijd beginnen met nadenken erover en je erop verheugen: dat kan al héél vroeg in het jaar. Zoals ik altijd zeg tegen mensen die dat niet begrijpen: "Ik ben verder niet gevaarlijk, maar wel een beetje veel dol op Kerstmis."	Christmas is some time away, but thinking about it and looking forward to it: that's something you can do from quite early on. As I always say to those who don't understand: "I am not really dangerous, but I am rather really very, very fond of Christmas."
Daarom vandaag mijn eerste kerstproject van 2018 en ik ben er zelf helemaal weg van! Het nieuwe Takeout doosje heb ik tot een pop-upversie omgebouwd. Je kunt het als kerstkaart versturen of gebruiken als tafelversiering met Kerst.	So today my first Christmas project of 2018 and I love, love it! I've changed the new Takeout box into a pop-up version. You can send it as a card or use as a Christmas table favour.

Scandinavisch Glas / Scandinavian Glass

De kaart van vandaag is gemaakt met de Varied Vases stempelset. De stipjes op de achtergrond komen uit In de Bloemetjes Zetten ( in het Engels Petal Palette).

Today's card has been made with the Varied Vases Stamp set. The background dots are from Petal Palette.

Met deze leuke vaasjes wilde ik het mooie Scandinavische glas dat je wel eens ziet namaken. Het glas moest kleurschakeringen hebben, alsof het licht erdoor schijnt, dus heb ik de vaasjes gekleurd met de stempelkussens en de Blender Pen.

With these cute vases I wanted to recreate the beautiful Scandinavian glass that you sometimes see. The glass needed to have varied shades, as if the light was shining through, so I coloured my vases using the stamp pads and the Blender Pen.

Om de vaasjes eruit te laten zien als echt glas heb ik Wink of Stella gebruikt en de Fine-tip Glue Pen. In het filmpje onderaan deze blogpost kun je zien hoe ik dat gedaan heb.

To make the vases look like real glass I used Wink of Stella and the Fine-tip Glue Pen. In the video at the bottom of this blogpost you can see how I did it.
