Who doesn't love a fold-flat gift box? Wie houdt er nu niet van een plat op te bergen geschenkdoosje?

 

Je kunt dit makkelijke geschenkdoosje plat bewaren tot je het nodig hebt. Wie vindt dat nu niet handig? Het formaat is 11,5 x 7,6 x 3,2 cm.	You can store this easy gift box flat until you need it. Who doesn't love that? It's 4½" x 3" x 1¼".
Het doosje laat het mooie Designpapier stralen. Je kunt het papier zo snijden dat het rondom mooi aansluit  – en vrees niet: met het restje maak je een leuke kaart.	The box makes the most of the beautiful Designer Series Paper. You can cut it in such a way that it is a continuous pattern – and don't worry: you can make a card with the scrap left.
Het lintje zit helemaal vast, dus het kan ook niet kwijtraken.	The ribbon is attached all the way, so it cannot be lost.

kaartkarton 22,8 x 20,3 cm lange zijde boven ril op 1,2 / 8,8 / 12 / 19,6 cm korte zijde boven ril op 1,2 / 4,4 / 15,9 / 19,1 cm	cardstock 9" x 8" long side top score at ½" / 3½" / 4¾" / 7¾" short side top score at ½" / 1¾" / 6¼" / 7½"
Designpapier paneeltjes	Designer Series Paper panels
Neem een stuk Designpapier van 10,9 x 30,5 cm. Snijd daar een maal 7,0 cm van af, dan een maal 2,5 daarna weer een maal 7,0 cm en als laatste weer 2,5 cm.  Leg de stukjes Designpapier op het doosje in de volgorde van het snijden en plak ze in deze volgorde  vast.	Start out with a 4¼" x 12" piece of Designer Series Paper. Cut off a 2¾" piece, then a 1" piece, then again a 2¾" piece and finally a 1" piece. Put the pieces on the box in the order you have cut them and adhere them to the box in that same order.

 

 

Het lintje is geplakt op 2,5 cm vanaf de linkerzijkant.	The ribbon is attached at 1" from the left.
Als je met het restje papier een kaart wilt maken, kort het dan in tot 7,6 cm. Wat je eraf gesneden hebt, kort je ook in tot 7,6 cm. De kaartbasis is 14 x 21 cm, gerild op 10,5 cm.	If you'd like to make card with the Designer Series Paper scrap, shorten it to 3". Shorten the cut off from that to 3" as well. The card base I've used is 5½" x 8¼", scored at 4⅛".

What's the advantage of a fold-flat box?

Well, exactly that: you can make it and store it flat until you need it to gift to someone. You can keep a stash of them ready ( think birthday, thank you, best wishes, Christmas etc.) and stored flat they take up very little space in your craft room!

 Welke voordelen heeft een doosje dat je plat kunt vouwen?

Nou precies dat: je kunt het maken en opgevouwen bewaren totdat je aan iemand geeft. Je kunt er verschillende maken (voor een verjaardag, bedankje, beterschap, Kerstmis enz. ) en plat opgevouwen nemen ze weinig plaats in in je hobbykamer!

 

 

Potions & Spells Treat Box

 

Voor Halloween een leuk doosje voor een traktatie of om in huis neer te zetten. Ik heb het zo ontworpen dat de kinderen het niet kapot hoeven te maken om de snoepjes eruit te halen.	A cute Halloween box. You could use for trick or treat packaging, but it would make a cute home decoration too. I've designed it in such a way that the children don't have to break it apart to take the sweets out.
De bodem is geheel gesloten voor de stevigheid en het dekseltje opent vanaf de zijkant, daardoor is het doosje makkelijk te openen.	The bottom is fully closed to make it sturdy and the lid opens from the side, because of this it's easy open the box.
Versier het met de Potions & Spells stempelset en stansen en je bent helemaal klaar voor trick & treating. En met een gekleurd lintje maak je het helemaal af.	Decorate it with the Potions & Spells stamp set and dies and you're good to go for trick or treating. And a bit of coloured ribbon makes the finishing touch.

Allemaal gestempeld, gekleurd en gestanst.	All stamped, coloured and die-cut.
De randen van het doosje, de ketels en toverdrank zijn bewerkt met Basic Gray en Lemon Lime Twist inkt en vingersponsjes.	The edges of the box, cauldrons and potion are inked with Basic Gray and Lemon Lime Twist ink and finger sponges.
Het lint ( ± 43 cm lang) heb ik gekleurd met een groene Stampin' Blend (ik heb Parakeet Party gebruikt, maar Granny Apple Green werkt ook).	I've coloured the ribbon (about 17" long) using a green Stampin' Blend (in this case Parakeet Party, but Granny Apple Green works as well).
