Ik vind het zó leuk dat mensen erom gevraagd hebben. Ik kan mijn man laten zien wat ik gemaakt heb en hij zegt "Leuk" of "Mooi". Maar als mensen die het echt snappen het leuk vinden, dat vind ik dan weer enig!	I am so pleased that people have asked for it. I can show my husband what I've made and he'll say "Nice" or "Beautiful". But when people who really get it like it, that is so encouraging!
Ik heb hier de maten in centimeters. Je kunt twee doosjes maken van 1 vel A4 card stock. Snij het papier terug tot 29,2 cm en dan in de lengte over helft op 10,5 cm.	I have here the measurements in inches. You can get two boxes from 1 A4 card stock sheet. Cut the paper down to 11½" and then in half lengthwise at 4⅛".
Lange zijde boven, rillen op 5,7 / 14 / 19,7 / 28 cm.	Long side top, score at 2¼" / 5½" / 7¾" / 11".
Korte zijde boven, rillen op 2,9 en 7,6 cm.	Short side top, score at 1⅛" and 3".

American Letter

Cut an 11" x 8½" sheet of card stock lengthwise in half at 4¼".

Long side top, score at 2¼" / 5¼" / 7½" / 10½".

Short side top, score at 1⅛" and 3⅛".

De wikkel is 24,5 x 5 cm.

The belly band is 9¾" x 2". For the American-sized box you could cut it at 9¾" x 1¾", if you wanted it narrower.

Good Morning Magnolia Box

In de nieuwe catalogus hebben we van die enige doosjes die eruit zien als dozen waarmee je dingen verstuurt. Sorry, ik kan je ze nog niet laten zien, dat mag wanneer de catalogus voor klanten beschikbaar is op 4 juni a.s. Maar geloof me, ze zijn hartstikke leuk!	The new catalogue has these too cute boxes that resemble real shipping boxes. I am very sorry, but I cannot show them you yet, you will have to wait until the catalogue is available for customers on 4 June next. However, take my word for it, they are adorable!
Ik heb het model nagemaakt en gecombineerd met een doosje zoals dat bij de Magnolia Lane Suite staat. Sorry, weer een teaser - tot 4 juni.	I have copied the model and combined it with a box shown in the Magnolia Lane Suite. Again, so sorry - I know another teaser until 4 June.
Deze doosjes zijn zo veelzijdig! Kijk maar eens naar dit doosje. Dat hebben we kortgeleden tijdens een van mijn workshops gemaakt.	These boxes are so versatile! Just have a look at this one. We made it recently during one of my workshops.

Wat heb ik gebruikt:	The materials used:
Basiskaart: Thick Whisper White 10,5 cm x 28,0 cm, gerild op 14,0 cm. Whisper White gesneden met de grootste van de Stitched Rectangles.	Base card: Thick Whisper White 4⅛" x 11", scored at 5½". Whisper White cut with the largest of the Stitched Rectangles.

Als je de kaart in het kleinere formaat wilt maken, neem je een Note Card. Het paneel snijd je dan met de op twee na grootste van de Stitched Rectangles.

If you want to have the smaller size card, take a Note Card. You then cut the panel with the third largest of the Stitched Rectangles.

Moederdag 2019

Dit heb ik gemaakt voor Moederdag. Ik heb er twee van gemaakt. Denk je dat mijn moeder (88) en mijn schoonmoeder (97) het leuk zullen vinden? Zo niet, dan houd ik ze zelf - en ik ben meestal niet zo'n bloemig typje.

Ik ben helemaal dol op deze magnolia's. Er zit een workshop aan te komen, dat voel ik.

I've made these for Mother's Day. I've made two of them. Do you think my mother (88) and my mother-in-law (97) will like them? If they don't, I'm keeping them myself - and I am not usually a flowery person.

I love, love, love the magnolias. I feel a workshop coming on. 

Confetti Box

Is dit geen schattig doosje? Voor snoepjes of een klein geschenkje. Ik heb het leuke How Sweet It Is Designer Series Paper uit de Spring Summer Catalog gebruikt. En natuurlijk ook de schattige stempels en Framelits uit deze suite. Ik heb het zo ontworpen dat je er vier mee kunt maken uit een vel papier van 30,5 x 30,5 cm.	Isn't this the cutest little box? You can put sweets in it or a small gift. I've used the fun How Sweet It Is Designer Series Paper from the Spring Summer Catalog. And of course the cute stamps and Framelits in this suite as well. I've designed it in such a way that four of them can be had from one sheet of 12" x 12" paper.

ril op 3 / 7 / 10 / 14 cm zet een potloodstreepje op 1,5 en 8,5 cm	score at 1¼" / 2¾" / 4" / 5½" put pencil marks at ⅝" and 3⅜"
draai het papier een kwartslag, de plakflap moet beneden liggen en ril van boven naar beneden op 3 cm maak gedeeltelijke rillijnen op 12 cm op de smalle vakken die de zijkanten van het doosje worden en de plakflap onderaan	turn the paper so that the ½" section lies at the bottom (quarter turn) and score all the way down at 1¼" put partial score lines at 4¾" in the narrow sections, which will be the sides of the box, and the glue flap at the bottom

Leg de geponste cirkel op de Simply Scored en zet een rillijn op 1,6 en 2,2 cm.	Put the punched circle on the Simply Scored and score at ⅝" and ⅞".

Knip en vouw en maak het doosje verder af zoals in het instructiefimpje.	Cut and score and finish the box as shown in the tutorial.
